
Ashley Shelton, owner of Belle Mariee Artistry.
Growing up in the Texas Hill Country, it is a dream to work in the most beautiful venues with the most wonderful people. After high school graduation she attended the Paul Mitchell Cosmetology Academy in Austin, Tx. After receiving her license (2004) she gained experience in two of Austin's top salons and began doing weddings, special events and production work.
In 2008 began working with Kevin Murphy, one the WORLDS top session stylists. She worked directly with him learning his styling techniques from decades of top level experience. She has taught hundreds styling classes to date, to stylists in Texas, California, and beyond.
In 2009 she worked one of MACs educators and began bridal makeup.
For two years based in Santa Barbara, Ashley spent the weekends with brides and their besties and the weekdays on set doing hair and for film, tv, and print. After moving back to Texas she started Belle Mariee Artistry and has served hundreds of happy brides and their parties.

She has built a reputation of being professional, and creating hairstyles that can last for days.
